THE CONTRACT WITH HELLO MOROCCO TRIP
Booking are made with Hello Morocco Trip “you and us”. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions.
PAYMENT.
Deposit is required to book your private tour. Deposits can be paid on PayPal or direct to our company bank account. Deposit is 25% of the total price . The remaining payment is to be paid on the first day of the tour to our driver .
. INSURANCE AND DOCUMENTS OF TRAVEL
It is compulsory that every client obtain appropriate holiday travel insurance , against personal accident and medical expenses .
Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior entering to Morocco .No visa is required for travel to Morocco.
CANCELLATION POLICY .
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your travel arrangements in writing.
And If you cancel your trip the following fees will take effect : .
30 days prior to departure, deposit will not be returned.
between 15 and 30 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the trip price.
less than 7 days prior to departure, we will retain 75% paid by you in connection with the booking.
If you leave the tour early there will be no refund of payment.
INCLUSIONS.
Your trip includes all accommodation while on tour, luxury transportation with A/C, meals as listed in the itinerary , English speaking driver , activities listed in the itinerary.
